About us

French-Khmer chef Mitta Kol decided to leave France three years ago to come back in her country of birth.

She had her own restaurant called O'30 in L' île Saint-Germain in Paris. She decided to export the concept of mixing traditional Khmer food and French Cuisine. She created the restaurant Le Safran in 2007 in Phnom Penh and decided to open her hotel called La Suite.

Le Safran La Suite include the hotel and the restaurant with our same kitchen staff and quality as before.
